Canussa makes accessories for working professionals who want to simplify and organise their day-to-day lives, combining style and functionality with a focus on sustainability.

The brand was founded in 2017 by Maria Cano Gómez, a former software engineer who spotted a gap in the accessories market for workwear items. The range features unisex laptop cases, office bags, belts, wallets and purses. A small footwear offer includes a sneaker and a ballet flat made from a vegan alternative to leather made from corn waste.

Product is manufactured in Spain using local suppliers, and the brand received the rigorous environmental and ethical B Corp accreditation in June 2022.

As well as planting a tree for every product it makes, Canussa has partnered with smart-labelling company Track a Brand to integrate traceable tags with product details into bags. The brand is sold by Wolf & Badger and Immaculate Vegan in the UK.
